Is Regal Core Markets Scam or a legitimate investment?

Hi guys. I hope you’re doing well. I’ve always been a spectator looking at the people who invest in the forex and trade space, and finally, I have decided to be part of the forex market. Hooray! But being a spectator has made me cautious about my investment, and the platforms I will be investing should be well checked for any anomalies or scam. It’s my hard-earned money and I don’t want them to go to dust. Anyway, one of the platforms that I have researched and become interested in is Regal Core Markets. It is a forex brokerage company that allows retail investors in the forex market space.
The investment platform offers MT4 trader, which is one of the best trading platforms in the forex space (just from my research, please correct me if I’m wrong!). The company also explained the strategy and system that they use when you trade and invest with them. Overall, I think it is a good platform, and I don’t think that it is a scam. But of course, I need to check its ratings, reviews, etc., just to make sure that I am investing in a legitimate platform. So, do you guys have any experience with Regal Core Markets? How is it? Can you please share it with me? Thanks!

Long story short - invest little, earn big from home doing fuck all, because he will be managing my account. I start with sending my first deposit to " i don't know whos" wallet, he will deposit that to the brokerage website and after 7 days, big profits promised.
Everything were through bitcoins.
This scum, he had so legitimate stories and proofs of payments to other "clients" so it all looked so real. Thats what got my silly mind into it. In overall, i think this whole account is fake, but not sure.
Dont know nothing much about bitcoin, tho i know its security and secrecy. Im not getting back that money. I just need to move on with my life.
I just needed to write this.
Stay safe and be careful.

Is the forex market illegal? Why do people keep doing it?

I am very curious about the forex market and all that investment things but I am not familiar with it. I want to start trading but I have read some stuff saying that forex trading is illegal. Is it true? Or have I read the wrong thing? I think that these legalities depend on which country you are in. But in general, is trading forex allowed globally? What are the restrictions that come with this type of trading?
Also, there are different forex trading platforms being introduced and it’s quite difficult to pinpoint which one is legitimate and which one is a scam. I’m planning to actually invest in one but I’m not sure which one to choose. I found one called Gainsky, but I wanna make sure that the company is legitimate and doesn’t do illegal stuff (if forex trading is illegal). I checked the system and they offer really competitive strategies that I think are really good. They offer some kind of teams where you join them and follow their strategy? This I’m not sure, but that’s why I'm asking your help guys here. Have you heard of this company? Any reviews you’d like to share? Please help a fella out! Thanks!

In some cases, a smartphone is enough to get started, depending on the stock photo site you choose.
  3. Be a Freelance Content Writer - Freelance writing is a serious online business. The internet enters most areas of our life, and the need for blog articles and various types of content is exploding. There are many kinds of online writing work, and many people need things like product descriptions or simple reviews. Before going further in this direction, you first need to set up a blog or website. This will be an amazing portfolio where you can demonstrate to potential clients or businesses that you can deliver great work. A LinkedIn profile can be created to function as an online portfolio as well. Don’t forget that many writing clients will want to see specialized work, so be sure to consider what area you would like to specialize in. The pay for online writing varies, but with some practice, you should be able to make a decent part-time income.
  4. Sell Unwanted Goods - You can sell your unwanted stuff to people who want it and make your side business a real money maker. There’s plenty of options to use for sales such as Gumtree or Amazon. Don’t forget to do some research and see what assets have recently been sold so you have a target price. If you a business, you can sell other people’s goods as well. Many people don’t have the time or patience to sell goods online, and you can do it for them. If you charge a reasonable percentage of the sales, you can make a solid business out of selling used goods online.
  5. Build a Personal blog/website - Not only can you write for companies to gain income but you’re also able to run your own blog to raise money as well. Set your expectations at a reasonable level because this job requires consistent practice and lots of patience. You will need to run the blog for a while before you can expect to see any profits, but it is very simple to get started. Check out some of the other ideas on this list for ways to leverage a blog for greater income, like selling drop shipped items.
  6. Legitimate Remote Jobs can Pay Real Money - Many companies are heading to a work-from-home style of business since this type of model helps save money, and eliminates the risk of illnesses. People are completely flexible while working for a company and selecting where they decide to spend their time.CrowdSource, for example, hires remote writers, editors, and other jobs that can be done easily from anywhere. Companies like Fast Chart offer work-from-home options for medical transcriptionists. You can also try seeking opportunities at LiveOps, a call center staff. You might be surprised at how much time and money you save when you work at home. There is no transit, and you can cook for yourself. Think about it!
  7. Become a Dropshipper - Dropshipping is not a strange term, especially when eCommerce is booming. Anyone can be a drop shipper since the work requires low investment at the beginning and also guarantees minimal risk. The system operates by purchasing the stock (goods) from a third party supplier or manufacturer, who then fulfills the customer’s request. You don’t have to shop or handle goods in advance because the product comes directly from the vendors whenever an order is placed by a customer. There are many dropshipping platforms out there, and some are basically free to use. You will need to figure out how to market the goods, which is where a blog or website comes in very handy.
  8. Affiliate Marketing - Affiliate marketing is a popular method of making money online in South Africa and across the world. You can sell into a variety of markets with this business model, and make money almost anywhere. You can generate revenue from product sales. In other words, affiliate marketers will refer readers to a lot of products and get a small cut from them. Once a customereader buys products, you will earn a commission. A widely known approach is to start creating your own blog in a specific niche and to establish a trustworthy community that can purchase your promotions. Unlike dropshipping, you simply get a commission and have no other responsibilities. So easy! Check out SA’s leading affiliate network – https://www.affiliate.co.za/
  9. Online Business with Etsy - Try selling DIY designs and crafts on Etsy if you’re a skilled maker. An Etsy shop is basically free to operate, and you can make real money with the platform. Once your registration is complete, you can start posting photos of your works, and people can purchase your products. There is really no limit to what can be sold on Etsy, but make sure that you are able to send your goods to other countries, as many buyers are likely to be in the EU or North America. A PayPal account is important to have and also a popular payment choice so that customers can pay you quickly. Take nice pictures of the items to help draw purchasers into a sale. Make sure that you have good customer service as well, or you won’t be selling on the platform for very long!
  10. Forex Trading - You might have heard about trading FOREX or Contract For Difference (CFD) trading. The basics of this online money-making are simple. You will choose a currency pair, and bet on the direction of one currency vs. the other. For example, you could speculate that the EURO will appreciate vs. the RAND (or just about any currency). If you are correct, and then sell the contract, you will make profits. While this might sound easy, most people who do this lose money. In addition to currency, most retail FOREX brokers will allow you to trade in other markets, such as commodities, or shares. If you are looking for a reliable income, this probably isn’t right for you. On the other hand, if you don’t mind taking on risks, trading FOREX can be extremely profitable.

Forex trading

So I'm a junior in high school and lately everyone at my school has been talking about forex trading. It looks like a total pyramid scheme to me and I have been telling my friends to stay away from it, but they haven't listened. Is there any evidence I could show them to prove it isn't a legitimate business?

Please rate my first ever green trade (GBP/JPY)

Please rate my first ever green trade (GBP/JPY)
Hey guys, absolute Forex noob here. Started studying Forex 6 months ago and have begun my demo account period of testing my trading strategy. As you can imagine my confidence is not all that great with this vast and intimidating market. I was hoping to get a few opinions on whether this trade was an absolute fluke, or did I legitimately use technical analysis to correctly predict the market. This was my first ever green trade btw, hence why I am skeptical it went the right way!! Bit of context: I placed this trade on Friday and it managed to hit my demo take profit (to the absolute tee). The reason I took the trade was because GBP/JPY was in an uptrend creating higher highs and higher lows. I scaled down into a 15m time frame and used Fib retracement and saw it bounce off the 0.5 retracement level. I took a long position with my target profit at the 0.27 extension which it eventually rose to before retracing back to a key level (137.500). Any comments would be appreciated.

Canada’s Binary Options Problem

Canada’s recurring binary options problem

Approximately seven months ago the Canadian financial regulatory authorities enacted a ban on brokers offering binary options to all retail traders. Unfortunately, these actions seemed to have had little to no results on certain brokers that have implemented new tactics in order to gather money from unsuspecting investors.
On April 12th the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, more commonly referred to the IIROC cautioned Canadian traders not to be duped by fraudulent online trading brokers attempting to unlawfully sell binary options under the pretense of legitimate brokers regulated by the IIROC.

Binary options scams still exist

Recently the ombudsman has been made aware of at least two brokers that misleadingly state that they are regulated by IIROC:

Binary options cannot be offered or sold to retail traders in Canada and the regulator has issued plenty of warnings, imploring Canadian citizens not to invest in these fraudulent companies. Under no circumstances are IIROC regulated entities authorized to sell binary options to retail investors in Canada.
This troubling tendency is bringing up concerns about how effective a blanket ban on offering of such toxic products as binaries to stop scams. ESMA, the European Securities and Markets Authority has recently put in rules that prohibit regulated brokers from offering binary options to retail investors. However, these recent developments in Canada call into question on whether a ban in Europe would, in fact, produce the wanted effect.

Opposition to the binary options ban

It should be noted that when the Canadian regulatory authorities first suggested to ban binary options, the proposal encountered stern opposition. The Investment Industry Association of Canada (IIAC), which represents 130 Dealer Member firms regulated by IIROC, asserted that the injunction should only include binary options scams offered by unregulated binary options brokers. The IIAC further maintained that its members should be allowed to offer binary options to retail traders.
Interestingly enough there have been proposals to allow trading binary options on an exchange, as this is allowed in the United States. However, opposed to that line of thinking are organizations such as the Canadian Advocacy Council for Canadian CFA Institute Societies (CAC), which heavily supported the binary options ban proposal and even went beyond it by questioning the status of OTC (Over the Counter) or more commonly known as retail Forex trading. The council questioned whether the sale of similar financial instruments to retail investors should additionally be restricted.

How to avoid a forex scam

Forex Trading – Is It Legitimate?

Forex (Foreign Exchange) is not a scam and certainly can be a credible and legitimate way of making money. However, whenever there are large sums of money involved, the shadier elements of society are never lagging. There are plenty of nefarious brokers that target novices, experienced traders and everyone else in between.
Forex scams are unfortunately common. At Broker Complaint Registry we have seen many forex, binary options and CFD scams emerge. Here are a couple of things to look out for whether you are an experienced trader or a complete novice.

Regulated Forex Broker?

The very first step to take to avoid becoming a victim of a Forex scam is to make sure you open an account with a regulated broker. There are many dominions that regulate Forex trading including the FCA in the UK, ASIC in Australia, and the CFTC and the NFA in the United States. Do not solely rely what is on the broker’s website. Check them out online and make sure they are regulated. It is simple to place a regulation on a website so use the resources available to you such as https://register.fca.org.uk/. Be sure to call the forex broker and find out who they are and what they do. Do not get pressured into opening an account unless you are 100% at ease.
However, merely checking to see whether the broker is regulated is not enough. There are numerous regulatory agencies such as CySEC that do not apply strict enough oversight and fail to implement harsh penalties for any brokers that violate their rules.

Guaranteed ROI

Any broker that guarantees a return on investment (ROI) is a surefire scam. For example, a “broker” may be approached to invest your money with an organization that will trade on your behalf and promise yearly or monthly returns for as long as you keep investing with them. Many of these con artists promise 40-50 % of your invested capital guaranteed PER MONTH. These “returns” are absolutely unsustainable and almost always involve other investors continuing to add money to the pot. This is called a Ponzi scheme. Remember Bernie Madoff anyone?
Forex trading is risky and while there are plenty of individuals who can consistently earn money trading, no one will say it is a guarantee.

Fund Withdrawal

If the forex broker or account manager tries to prevent you from withdrawing your funds or your return on investment, then you know that it is a forex scam. There is absolutely no reason that it should take anymore than a few business days for your money to be returned. Even some regulated brokers have refused to allow their clientele to withdraw. Take OTCapital as an example. They are regulated by ASIC, but Broker Complaint Registry has dealt with numerous individuals that have been unable to withdraw their funds.

Forex Trading Scam?

Reviews about forex trading have already pop out mostly on review sites especially this time. If you are considering a different forex trading brand, avoid getting caught out by scammers who are using social media offering unrealistic profits. If they could make the money they are claiming, why are they even advertising on social media?
Remember, there are plenty legitimate brokers out there. So you better make a research first before biting to the scammers offers. They might be offering to trade on your behalf or use their own managed or automated trades.

What is Forex Trading?

Forex, also known as Forex Exchange or FX Trading is the conversion of one currency into another. It includes all aspects of buying, selling and exchanging currencies at current prices. It is one of the most actively traded markets worldwide. You can engage in forex trading as a real business and make a real profits, but you must treat it as such. Your capital is at risk in trading. Forex trading is heavily monitored, and many Forex brokers are regulated by more than one authority. Forex Trading is legit and you can invest in a legitimate broker, as long as forex pyramid scheme doesn't exist. Sadly they do exist.
Forex exchange has reached worldwide and due to its popularity, scams have been associated with trading forex. A Trading Experts said that some brokers are actually not very well regulated. That means the opportunity still exists for many forex scams that promise quick return of investments through "secret trading formulas," or "forex robots" that do the trading for you.
You can help yourself avoid a bad broker by dealing with one that also handles stock market trades and it is regulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC.) The forex trade itself may be unregulated, a broker subject to SEC wouldn't probably risk its license for other securities by defrauding its forex customers.

Money FX Group scamLet’s begin this Money Forex Group review by stating the obvious, this scheme may be a total scam, you just have to look at the numbers.BitQT

When they promise you fifteen%+ weekly, it means that 60percent+ monthly, which is totally ridiculous in the important world. It means a lot of than 560zeropercent per year, therefore you'd need solely $18,00zero greenbacks to become a millionaire within year. And this is often plain impossible.

No legitimate business can create you a gradual fifteenpercent weekly, no financial markets are that predictable and that easy to trade. It may appear straightforward to you, but it really is this straightforward, a program promising fifteenp.c weekly should be a scam, there is no alternative method, the Money FX Group is a scam.

However there is additional to go through in this review.
Massive lies

Money FX Cluster testimonialThe Money Forex Cluster claims to be regulated by the subsequent institutions: FAC – Financial Conduct Authority of London, DFSA – Monetary Services Authority in Dubai, FSCA – Monetary Sector Conduct Authority of South Africa and FSA – the Monetary Services Authority of Seychelles.

But guess what, the FAC will not even exist, while the others (DFSA, FSCA and FSA) haven't issued any license whatsoever to Cash Forex Cluster. Therefore not only Money FX Group is not regulated at all, it conjointly is lying huge time regarding its regulatory status.

The fact is that it's no license whatsoever, so it cannot supply investment services legally in most countries.

This is often conjointly why they want you to deposit cryptocurrencies, they wish to remain as anonymous as potential, so that they will run away along with your cash.
Regulatory warning

Not long when we have a tendency to printed our analysis, the Financial Conduct Authority (financial regulator in Nice Britain) came up with its own warning.

The regulator said that CashFX is providing investment services without the mandatory authorization and advised the public to remain off from it. This is often a very serious argumentBiTQT.

It'd be terribly unwise to deposit money with an unregulated and basically anonymous entity, as a result of it would not be protected in any means. No matter where the cash finally ends up, this program is promising you impossible returns on investments, which in itself confirms that something is wrong.
How it works

Let’s end this Cash Forex Group review by explaining the essential principle of this investment program. It's a Ponzi theme that does no real economic activity. It just collects money from individuals and may pay out some profits, but the most recent clients’ deposits can be used for that.

This will have an inevitable outcome, the system can sooner or later crumble. It's simply a matter of your time when there can be not enough deposits to hide withdrawals and also the inevitable end can

Nobody has not been paid, that is NOBODY ….. after all you can't compound or upgrade your CFX account unless you withdraw (get paid) …. CFX are not regulated…. as a result of they use a Regulated broker (everfx) to trade…so that information is also incorrect…and judging by the actual members comments….I’d say, members are happy….. long might that continue. BUT, you must never place in more than you are prepared to lose (In SOMETHING). However do correct analysis, ask

members, don’t rely on people that play safe and stay poor. Do your own due diligence. (ps MOST sites that decision each business out as a scam…have their own links…..promoting guess what ? ….tip. SCAMS ! Beware.
